We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Suite availability, dining schedules, and entertainment programming may change without notice.

• Misrepresent your age or identity

3. Reservations and Inquiries

Submitting a contact inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our concierge team. Rates, packages, and inclusions will be communicated at the time of booking. Cancellation and modification policies apply as stated in your confirmation.

4. Property Access and Conduct

Access to ViewViziax property and services requires valid identification and compliance with property rules. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who:

• Is under the minimum age requirement (18 for property, 18 for gaming floor, 21 for select lounges after 10:00 PM)
• Cannot provide valid government-issued photo ID when required
• Engages in disruptive, threatening, or illegal behavior
• Is enrolled in a self-exclusion program
• Violates responsible-play policies

5. Gaming Terms

The ViewViziax gaming floor operates under applicable gaming regulations. By entering the gaming area, you acknowledge that:

• Gaming is entertainment with outcomes determined by chance
• Winning is not guaranteed; losses are the more likely outcome
• You must be 18 or older with valid government-issued photo ID
• ViewViziax is not responsible for personal losses incurred during gaming
• Self-exclusion enrollment is binding for the selected period
• We may set table limits and session controls at our discretion

Gaming is optional. No guest is required to participate in gaming activities to enjoy other property amenities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on viewviziax.com — including text, design, layout, and branding — is the property of ViewViziax Hospitality Group or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViewViziax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for losses incurred during gaming activities. Guests participate in gaming at their own discretion and risk.

Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal proceedings. If resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.
